In these days, everyone worried about corona virus in the country, the problem is globally and a large number of patients affected with this. The whole population is seeing the latest update about this and keeping up with the news, it can even be quite scary. But there are few important things that you can do in your home to help your children’s think smart and stay healthy.

Start with what you shouldn’t do with child. You need to aware everyone and trying to teach them all about the corona virus activity. As you know, young children’s don’t need to have all the details about this, what is happening in the world. Let’s focus on the kids teach them new updates and make strong their thinking power, should focus on the kids how to think smart and stay healthy.

Prepare yourself, take time to review and practice healthy habits with your children’s. There are few tips or a mini-lesson for the children, to make them positive and healthy with basic knowledge.

A mini-lesson for children, you set aside a short amount of time to walk with them through a specific routine. With the proper routine, they can set the time in the mind and make practice accordingly. You need to walk with them step by step and share with them about the routine and play with them on daily basic at home. All the steps should be follow by proper practice day by day with awareness that steps children can remember easily. Then the children follow up the steps on daily routine.

Dr. Song Says… “Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth! Do your best to keep those little fingers away! The first step is helping children (and adults) be mindful how how often we actually do touch our faces! Varying studies have shown that we touch our faces on average 23-50 times per hours. So help your children notice when they’re touching their faces so they can pay attention to not touching their faces even when you’re not with them”.

Make up a chant or a simple game to help them easy remember about not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth.

How to handle with coughing and sneezing?

Dr. Song says, “Cover your cough with your elbow or tissues. Teach your kids proper cough etiquette. And if you use a tissue, immediately throw it into the trash and wash your hands”.

Here are few easy steps to avoid coughing and sneezing.

During cough or sneeze, grab a tissue or use your sleeve.

When you are feeling cough, hold arm up, bend it just a little, and cough right into your sleeve. Try with them practically.

To sneeze, grab a tissue, hold it up to your nose and go Aaaachoo!

Throw the tissue into the trash and go wash your hands too.
